'STAY AWAY!!!!! We payed in full before arrival for a 2 night stay. When we got to the property we upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and paid the difference. They never informed of a $150 incidental fee that they also charged. Although they didn’t inform us of it we thought well whatever because we know that’s frequently what hotels do. A day AFTER check out there was an additional $250 charge. I called the property and was told “it was a smoking fee. We have picture evidence of ashes in the room” I...
