'We loved the cottage, it was warm, cozy and welcoming! Our host greeted us when we arrived, he was very nice. Our hostess provided a DELICIOUS breakfast every morning and the fridge had water and sodas. This was a perfect B&B for our weekend getaway!!'

'This property was beautiful and clean. The grounds were quiet and safe and well kept. We stayed in a cabin which was a tiny house concept and more spacious than I expected. The staff was awesome. The gift shop was nice and had essentials. This is a well planned concept. It’s about 15 minutes from Fredericksburg so you get to enjoy the hill country and the town. We had a wonderful time! Oh and it’s super pet friendly which is a plus!'

'I don’t mind older hotels and don’t need luxury or fancy stuff but I do like my room clean and that just wasn’t the case here. There were stains on the sheets, the floor was greasy and the bath tub was so worn down I really dreaded taking a shower. We decided not to stay and booked a room across the street; best decision for us. Lady at reception was very friendly though, there sure is potential to make this a nice place to stay but the current state just wasn’t ok for us..'
