'Very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The host has some specific requests in accordance with the City’s noise ordinance. This provided for a very peaceful and restful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was relaxing. The Host goes above and beyond to help us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here. It will make your visit to Fredericksburg all the more enjoyable!'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Grist Mill Cabin. Two things I would say. The steps are hard to navigate without a rail and the bathtub was hard to get in. We are both over 65 so in case you’re a senior citizen you might think about that. When we arrived on Monday around 6 PM we had to drive around the parking lot 3 times to find a parking place because Me. Gatti’s Pizza was busy.'

'This property had all the essentials you need to complete an outstanding vacation. On the water which you can swim in. Close to main swimming pool. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking supplies and plates etc. Very clean apartment where a baby could crawl all in the apartment and not have any dirt on him/her. Super clean. I recommend this property 10/10.'

'Great little place, an easy 8 min walk to downtown. The place is set up well and was mostly clean and nothing to fuss over. The only 2 things that were disappointing were the water pressure in the shower which was nonexistent and the wifi which only worked a few mins a day. Trying to do some work as simple as answering emails became a hassle. The street parking concerned us at first but when we arrived the street the house is on is wide enough to have a semi turn completely around on so caused...
