'As soon as we arrived, we were forced to use valet parking there was no other option. After checking in, we tried to use the elevator and almost got stuck in it. Luckily, the doors opened back up, and we got out immediately. We then had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. As we walked through the hallways, there was construction everywhere.
