'The resort is right on the river where deer are plentifully right out back to watch along with a nice little creek. The cabin I had was immaculate, clean in all areas, great large tub to soak in, and the bed was clean and comfy. If you want to get away from it all in a little town, and a small cabin resort this is the place for you. They are attentive to you and even provide all you need to start a campfire in the pit outside with great chairs. '

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....
