'We had an wonderful time at the beautiful, Lost Pines Resort during our school break which was the last week in April 2026! Whether you have little kids, teens or no kids, there is much to do for everyone and we took advantage of most of it during our short 3 night stay; Pool, lazy river, pool bar, free bikes to ride throughout the property and along the Colorado River, ping-pong, corn hole, tennis, basketball, farm animal center, walking paths, etc. (the Fitness Center/gym is awesome too. 'The Lake Nolte Retreat was a relaxing river getaway. There’s a lot packed into this property. The fire pit, the deck on the water, the grill, the kayak’s, all were great additions to our experience. It’s a relaxing way to kick back and get “back to the basics” of life. I give it 5 🌟 and I will be back soon!'

'My family and I were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The pictures posted are very deceiving. The downstairs rooms only have one actual door — the rest just have open walkways where you can see straight through to the other side, offering no privacy at all. The upstairs room has a barn door, but it doesn’t close securely and can easily be pushed open, which isn’t ideal if you’re all adults wanting some privacy.The stairs going down to...
