'Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. 'Hotel Otto is such an amazing place to stay. I went for a night out with my s/o, and we both absolutely loved everything about this place! When we checked in, we got a complimentary drink, we got a tour of the entire property, and the gentleman guided us right to our room. Everything about the room was amazing! The bed was so comfortable, everything was super clean, and it was overall an amazing experience! I will definitely be coming back! '

'Very roomy and nice. The staff was nice and very pleasant. Well worth the price paid! The hotel has so much potential!
