The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. The only suggestion I have if you are planning on utilizing the fold out couch as a sleeping option, this bed was the worst sofa beds I have ever tried to sleep on. A $30 blow up mattress on top of that did the trick.'

'I don't know if I can say Ive had that type of service at a hotel in a long time. Star is genuinely pleasant and genuinely wants to ensure guests have a pleasant relaxing stress free stay. I only spent a tiny amount of time with Michelle but she was super helpful too. I dont really expect much from hospitality these days as customer service has declined drastically. If Star and Michelle could travel the country to train others how to provide a pleasant experience for guests it would be...
