'The home was not prepared for guest. Says its poolside pool hasnt been used or maintained in months. Which is not disclosed in listing. Rat droppings and left over food in cabinets, cook ware was dirty from previous guest and had to be washed before use(also had to buy dish liquid), pubic hair in mastef tub and on floor around the tub.. broken shutters inside home, cloaet doors hanging off, loose boards on back deck which caused my son to fall down multiple steps...the owner is impossible to get...
