'Schone kamer / personeel behulpzaam'

'Super'

'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'Nice hotel, direct on Freemontstreet! Staff very helpfull especialy the concierges! You can have some noise at night because it's on Freemontstreet. To avoid that, just join the party!😉'

'We konden onze kamer upgraden, dat was fijn. Het was een mooie kamer. Er is veel te doen voor de kinderen in het hotel, datums geweldig.'
