'I visited Shenzhen with my two teenage children and stayed at this hotel for 17 days. During our stay, the staff were extremely kind and professional. They thoughtfully arranged two rooms with views of “Windows of the World,” which was perfect for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the air conditioning—our room had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back.'
