Outside:
Gas and charcoal BBQ, Koy fish pond, fire pit, swim spa (extra charge), lounge chair and lounge bed

Huge 1st and 2nd floor. Big private backyard with patio, 2 gated parking spots
No access to 3rd floor and basement.

-unauthorized late check-out
You will receive a resolution request for the security deposit, which MUST be settled prior to check-in. It will be refunded 24hours after check-out.
