'The weather was hot, but the AC was amazing. Long days of walking around Magnolia and Baylor coming back to a comfortable couch and beds to sleep and rest and rejuvenate was awesome. Your accommodations were just what we needed.'

'It was extremely quiet, and it was very near good eating places and near our event. There wasn't soap or shampoo in bathroom but luckily, we always carry some and there wasn't real coffee. If we'd known this, we would have taken some. Otherwise, it was quaint and well thought out.'

'Unfortunately we lost a days stay due to weather dela flight from KC, MO to DFW. Once arrived we were pleasantly pleased with this Mid Century Mod style home as seen on Fixer Upper. Going to Magnolia Market and seeing the 1928 Hotel and Castle was on my Moms bucket list. Suggestions from hosts on restaurants and locations were enjoyed by all of us. 'This beautiful home housed two families with small children and this place truly was our home away from home. They had everything we could potentially need for cooking meals. The house was clean and kid friendly. Location was perfect and safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us!'

'This property is beautiful, clean, the two of us girls felt very safe, it was comfortable, communication was great and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to be! On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! We did all things Magnolia, went antiquing and had pedicures in swings!Thanks for a great experience all around!'

'We gathered to celebrate our 86 year old mother’s birthday with her and all of her children, grandchildren and great grandkids. The kids had a great time in the backyard. The adults played board games around the large table. There are two separate seating areas so it was easy to have conversations without being overwhelming. We were cool and comfortable in the Waco heat and the beds were very comfortable. Also, there’s nothing lacking in that awesome kitchen! We hope to be back sometime!! '

'The proximity of this home worked very well for us during our stay. There is no driveway to park in but plenty of street parking right in front of the house. We didn't actually spend much time in the house other than sleeping and getting ready. The owners carried the decorating theme throughout the whole house. There was plenty of hot water for 3 daily back-to-back showers. Plenty of towels and the sheets were very new looking and clean. The owner was very responsive and we had no issues.'

'We enjoyed our two-night stay at this beautiful loft in Waco! The decor is exactly what you see in the post. It’s a perfect blend of modern comfort with Texas charm, nestled in Baylor University colors. The location was also ideal – just a short drive from Magnolia Market, downtown Waco, and Baylor University. We’d definitely stay here again. '

'This was the perfect home for our small group of friends to experience a reading retreat! It was spacious; clean; cozy; comfortable; wonderfully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. And truly, the space was designed perfectly to feel like the ideal space for a reading retreat. We were so pleased and would stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend! '
