'Het hotel lag direct naast het busstation, hetgeen een lang zoeken naar een taxi bespaarde. Ook de beveiliging van het hotel viel duidelijk op. Ongenode gasten werden direct buiten gehouden. Om met de lift de kamer te bereiken moest je de sleutelkaart gebruiken. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk enbehulpzaam.'

'I stayed for ten (10) days! I was really amazed and impressed with Concha Y Toro. The staff (all the staff) were wonderful and extremely helpful. Tanya, Daniel and Andrea couldn't be nicer and more helpful. They saw to my every need and helped me out above the call of duty. They booked reservations for tours and helped me with local (lots of really good places to eat!) dinner...
