'We really wanted to get away for a few nights and relax, this spot was perfect. The area is beautiful, the house is great, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. Towns are close enough to get some food or supplies and get back to doing nothing, Mineola, Hawkins, and Lindale are great little towns. Nelda was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Needs a lot of upkeep. Run down. Trash all around the pond. Grill was full of old used charcoal above the grate. Only 5 coffee mugs. No dishwasher. We ended up only sleeping there. Went to our friends at another place during day. '
