'This cabin is brand new, under three weeks old. It is in a very quiet area. ATV trailhead is just down the street maybe a 1/4 mile. We didn't stay here to ride the trails but to see family. Cabin has a queen bed, fold out (very comfortable) couch. Huge bathroom with shower/tub. Lots of storage. Kitchen with a big stove. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to questions. 'The home was very well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the large deck. The walk to the water is a little steep in places but was fine for us and there is a more gradual path you can use. Lots of boats and life jackets. Cargil Pond is very quiet, we were often the only ones out on the Pond. The swimming area has a very nice float with a ladder.
