'I absolutely loved staying at this property! The atmosphere and the scenery were so beautiful, even better than the photos. The host(Trace) was very communicative as well as thoughtful. She knew that I was visiting on my birthday and there was a cake for me when I arrived, as well as a sympathy card because my husband's aunt passed. We were so pleased with everything. We will definitely return!'

'The kitchen counters were filthy. All of our towels were wet upon arrival. The floor in the living room had wood planks torn from the floor. This is a dangerous/hazardous situation. The furniture in the living room was dirty. The rug in one of the bedrooms was dirty. A towel bar in one of the bathrooms was broken. In one of the bathrooms there was no running hot water in the sink.Extremely disappointed! Definitely false advertisement through the pictures posted on line.'
