My family likes to travel and we make 4 to 5 trips every year. We were impressed with how we were treated by all contacts with Winter Park Lodging Company staff. Their communication is awesome, thorough and proactive. They provide you with all the information so its hard to have a question about anything in Winter Park, because they proactively push the information to you. Also, every recommendation they suggested that we participated in was really good, like using Home James for our shuttle transportation from the airport (they were awesome and Bruce the driver made it a fun experience). Also, you really never know what type of company you are dealing with until you have a problem. We stayed at Fraser Crossing and loved it, the condo was everything we expected, because of the pictures and information provided by Winter Park Lodging Company. So everything was perfect, except the clothes washer did not work and we really need it for our family. We called to report it and they were (sincerely) apologetic and sent a repair guy (who was super nice) within an hour. When the washer needed parts and could not be fixed, they promptly provided $20 in quarters for us to use the facility laundry. My family compared our experience and everyone who we came into contact with at Winter Park Lodging Company to Chick Fil A employees. Especially those of us from the South know the best employees for treating customers special is Chick Fil A. So we we will go back to Winter Park, because of the experience at Winter Park and we will use Winter Park Lodging Company for all our logistics and accommodations.
