Dromerige vakanties worden gemaakt op Lakota Summit, een gloednieuw huis in de wijk Lakota, met een prachtig uitzicht op Winter Park Resort. Breng uw groep naar drie niveaus met perfect aangelegde slaapkamers en badkamers, plus twee woonruimtes, een FILM THEATER-kamer, een bubbelend bubbelbad, extra grote dekken en nog veel meer!

Style omringt je zodra je Lakota Summit betreedt. Vanaf de ingang van het hoofdniveau wordt u gehuld in een modern berglandschap met prachtig uitzicht op Winter Park Resort. De chef-kok in uw groep zal dol zijn op de smetteloze keuken die uitkomt in de eetkamer en lounge. Warm je op bij het gloeiende vuur of ga naar het enorme dek om het enorme uitzicht te bewonderen. Trek u terug in de slaapkamer op dit niveau, met een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en toegang tot het dek. Klaar om meer te ontdekken? Ga naar beneden naar het middelste niveau met een grote tweede woonkamer met alle voorzieningen die u zou kunnen vragen - Smart TV, natte bar, Keurig koffiezetapparaat, wijnkoelkast, grote bank, eettafel voor zes personen en toegang tot een ander dek en bubbelend heet tub. Laat je hoofd op dit niveau rusten in de King-slaapkamer met ensuite badkamer of de Queen-slaapkamer met een gedeelde halbadkamer. En vergeet niet de MOVIE THEATRE-ruimte die klaar is voor uw volgende vertoning. Ten slotte zullen de kinderen dol zijn op de stapelkamer op een lager niveau met op maat gemaakte stapelbedden en innovatieve zitjes. Ouders kunnen goed slapen in de vijfde slaapkamer van de koning op het lagere niveau, net buiten de stapelbedkamer en beide kamers delen een grote badkamer. Berg tenslotte al uw spullen op in de garage voor twee wagens met veel opbergruimte en extra parkeergelegenheid op de oprit.

Family Ski trip

We had a fabulous time at the Lakota home! The house was clean and very well stocked with supplies. Short walk to the free shuttle, worked well for our 5yr olds. Winter Park Lodging was very responsive to our special needs, we had a 1 year old that needed crib, high chair, and early check in. We would definitely stay with Winter Park Lodging and at this Lakota location again!

Amazing!!

Hands down, one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and very tastefully decorated… The beds were wonderful, including the bunkbeds which were very sturdy and everyone commented on how comfortable they were. We loved waking up every morning and having coffee on the deck, and loved the wonderful view of Winter Park. Had a blast watching the Olympics in the movie room and loved the hot tub as well… We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.!

Outstanding Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our large group, a 10-person group ranging in ages 3 to 60. With plenty of room to spread out our gather around the main floor fire place. The theater room was perfect for the late night crowd. All the rooms are nicely appointed albeit a bit cramped individually. The hot tub is well created for but the main deck, outdoor fire place was in op during our stay. Overall a great and memorable family Christmas vacation made possible in this very nice mountain home.

This is an incredible unit! Movie theater room, private Hot tub, gorgeous kitchen with everything you need for preparing wonderful meals for your family or friends, the VIEWS, main level Master for stair-challenged people like myself, garage with two parking spaces, and two additional parking spaces in the driveway! The layout of this unit was very thought out, and is perfect for large groups! Prior to arrival, we received a very welcoming text. Throughout our visit we received more texts, checking to see if we needed anything. There were some snacks and a welcome sign upon arrival. These couple of things were very thoughtful and made us feel so welcome. It also made us feel very at home in this unit. We stayed for 4 nights with our four adult children and their mates. There was enough separation (3 floors) for privacy when needed, and a very large kitchen table for coming together for games and meals. One of our sons said he would be willing to chip in (financially) if we could stay there again next year! That speaks volumes! We have our own condo at a different ski resort, so we know what it is to be treated well when renting. Thank you to the owners, the property management company! You all did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and at home! You can't ask for more than that in a rental! We would stay her again, in a hearbeat! Love this unit and location. Winter Park Getaway

We had an amazing time with our friends on this property!! We loved the amenities, the theater room was amazing for us with little ones, and the hot tub was an added bonus with the views!! The fire pit helped make yummy s’mores, with zero complaints!! It was in a great location, we didn’t have to drive car for activities or groceries etc! We were able to have 5 families get together very comfortably! Thank you!! We had a great time!!

Excellent Stay!

Had a group of 14 for a week and everyone had a comfortable place to stay and sleep. The views are amazing and you are close to the resort and town for food/shopping. The house was clean, up to date and offers multiple bathrooms, kitchenettes in order for multi-family groups to have separation when needed. We enjoyed the upstairs patio and fire pit every night - along with the hot tub! Couldn't have wanted more in a mountain get-away for a large group of multiple families. The management group were outstanding in their communication throughout the process and during our stay.

Multi-generational Gem

An AMAZING place if you’re looking for a family vacation that can accommodate all age groups. Our group had 1 year old to 70 year olds and there was plenty of space to not only have quiet space, but also family gatherings, dinners, game nights, and movie nights. The property management company was WONDERFUL when it came to answering our questions and even when one of our SUVs couldn’t make it out the driveway after an overnight snowfall. They responded promptly by coming to sand the drive and had the plow guy show up the next morning. We were close enough to the resort, grocery and restaurants that everything felt effortless. Only “hiccups”: It did get rather warm in the upstairs loft area despite the 10 degree weather (but fans were provided), we could have used a few more sets of towels for the bedroom, we couldn’t get one of the TVs in the bedroom to work, and bigger pots to accommodate cooking for a crew of 15+ (it only had one big stock pot on-site.) Regardless - this is a must and we WILL book it again :-)

Perfect Ski Weekend

Perfect ski weekend. House was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, well appointed, great views. Cozy but plenty of room for guests to spread out. We loved the ability to enjoy fire places in multiple rooms, and the TV room. Beds were comfortable, which was especially appreciated after our ski days. The management company was extremely helpful and communicative - I especially appreciated that they reached out to assist with ski passes and lift tickets given the COVID19 related changes in place for this season. We will be back!

Well appointed lodge with great attention to details. This is a great place for family get togethers. Linens and bed coverings were new and clean. All the kitchen appliances including dishes were of good quality. Bathrooms were very clean and towels were of good quality. Picturesque views of Winter Park with fire places made it a perfect winter gateway. Kids enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. We would certainly come back and highly recommend to families Please add these two items to your kitchen gadgets - A cutting board to cut vegetables and a strainer to strain tea or soups

Absolute Perfection

Lakota Summit was quite literally perfect. We had a small reunion here and it accommodated everyone comfortably, and then some. As a luxury stay, it checked every box. The interior, appliances/amenities, and unmatched views were all the rage between my friends and I. Winter Park Lodging Company is also timely responsive and the most gracious host. We already miss it and will be back for sure.

The moment you walk into Lakota Summit you will be completely floored with the attention to detail in this incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated property!!! This three floor condo oozes mountain charm in every room! The property provides absolutely everything you need if you are mere weekenders or in need of an extended stay! The highlight of our trip here was relaxing on the patio, fire pit on, gazing at the most gorgeous views of Winter Park resort!! If you want to venture into town, this prime location is only a 5 minute drive! A skiers/snowboarders dream if you ask me! Not to mention the many scenic hiking/biking trails available right outside your door! It is the absolute perfect getaway for anybody and everybody!! We will most definitely return!
