Welkom bij The Lodge op Vasquez Creek, een van de grootste en luxe privéwoningen in het Winter Park / Fraser Valley-gebied. The Lodge on Vasquez Creek is gelegen op een prachtige, afgelegen terrein, een blok van het hart van het centrum van Winter Park in de schilderachtige omgeving van Vasquez Creek. De gratis lokale bus stopt op een steenworp afstand van ons huis en rijdt naar het skigebied en de hele stad. Als u liever te rijden, we zijn op minder dan 5 minuten rijden van het Winter Park Ski Resort.

Deze prachtige woning beschikt over zeer ruime onderhoudend gebieden, zowel binnen als buiten en een eigen voet brug over Vasquez Creek. The Lodge on Vasquez Creek beschikt over 8 slaapkamers, 8. 5 badkamers, waardoor het een van de grootste hotels in de omgeving. Ons huis is onlangs klaar met alle upgrades, inclusief hoogwaardige afwerking, graniet en gloednieuwe meubels voor een spectaculaire vakantie verhuur.

Deze privéwoning heeft een volledig uitgeruste, gastronomische keuken met hoogwaardige roestvrijstalen apparaten, waaronder: een Wolf 8-pits gasfornuis, grote 30 'dubbele ovens, extra grote Sub-Zero koelkast en vriezer, en dubbele Bosch vaatwassers. Er is ook een aparte natte bar, compleet met een wijnkoeler en een bar spoelbak, ideaal voor het mengen van cocktails of gieten van een glas wijn. De woon-eetkamer heeft een grote, twaalf voet tafel die 18 comfortabel zitplaatsen, met extra zitplaatsen voor 4 op de bar eiland.

In de luxe master suite kun je in bed liggen met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en de Vasquez Creek. De master suite beschikt over een grote walk-in closet en vijf stuk badkamer met grote bad, walk-in tegel douche en dubbele wastafel. Alle acht kamers hebben een eigen bad en suite (verbonden met ruimte voor maximale privacy - geen delen of lopen in de hal), grote kasten en een hoge kwaliteit bed / badlinnen.

De familie kamer is compleet met grote 60 'HDTV flatscreen en enorme rots open haard. Er is ook voldoende zitplaatsen en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de familiekamer. Geniet van de meerdere ontmoetings- en leefruimtes, een privé-bubbelbad, een familiespeelkamer met pooltafel, pingpong, veel bordspellen, puzzels en een Xbox Kinect-spelsysteem, draadloos internet, garage voor 2 wagens, grote entree / foyerruimte met veel opslag voor ski's, schoenen en snowboards, wasruimte met wasmachine / droger, 2 kribben, 2 kinderstoelen en een eigen voetbrug over Vasquez Creek.

The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! Worth every penny!

This property is exactly as described and more! We couldn’t have asked for a better environment to hold our family gathering. The location is so convenient to all Winter Park activities. It is warm, cozy, and inviting. Very few properties have 8 bedrooms each with own bathroom. There is plenty of privacy , but also great spaces for people to gather. Well-equipped kitchen is an extremely accurate description including number of place settings for a large group.

Christmas 2024

We brought our kids and grandkids, ages 6 to 22, for Christmas week and had a great time. The house was terrific for all 15 of us. We cooked our meals in the big kitchen and were all able to sit together at the long dining table. We spread out in the house when not skiing or doing other outdoor activities. We used the hot tub, the pool table, played cards & other games, etc. we highly recommend this rental for a big family gathering with all ages, from 6 to 80!

A very comfortable, large home in a great location!

A group of 20 friends coming from all over the country had a much anticipated reunion at Ashley's home and had a fantastic time. The home is very well maintained and comfortable, with a pool table, hot tub, large mudroom to fit all your gear, and had plenty of bathrooms and space to comfortably fit us. We were able to enjoy all that Winter Park had to offer, as well as spend quality time catching up in front of the fireplace. Thank you Ashley for hosting our weekend!

Lovely Property

The house was perfect for our group of 16 who were together for my daughters wedding. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and closeness to town and the nooks and crannies for small groups to chat. The kitchen was large and amazing and the dishwashers very helpful for a group of our size. Only recommendation is to have earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The train tracks run right behind the house and can be loud, especially with the windows open. We would stay here again for another occasion. Ashley was responsive and accommodating.

This is an amazing hone, beautifully furnished and located in a gorgeous and convenient spot close to town. We loved having several different gathering places both inside and outside. We would LOVE to come back!!!

Wonderful family vacation!

Four generations of our family (16 people from age12-83) had a fabulous time in this beautiful home on the river. We cooked dinner every night in the well appointed kitchen and all fit around the table together. There was so much room to spread out on rainy days- doing puzzles in the living room, pool or ping pong games, playing cards and games, and just hanging out. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom, and we could hear the river at night through our open windows. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed walking into town to restaurants and brewpubs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The good: - Location, location, location - large clean house - The river is literally just off the deck - The kitchen is well appointed - WiFi worked well - Brand new gas grill The issues, all minor: - No shoes in the house. Unusual restrictions like this should be on the listing website - The house is dated and some blinds don't work. - You cannot get two cars in the garage. It's full of stuff and we barely got one mid-size SUV in. The listing should be corrected.

A lovely property!

My group of 18 adults all loved staying at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the surrounding area was gorgeous! We LOVED having that big dining table for all of us to be able to eat together, and I also loved the big couch and living room area where we were all able to watch a movie together. The creek nearby added such a calming ambience to every moment of our trip. One issue we had was a locked bedroom door when we first arrived, but that was quickly fixed by management. Another was a clogged shower drain that was unfortunately not resolved by the end of our 3-day stay after we reported it on the second day. None of that particularly changed my opinion on an otherwise very lovely place to stay! Would highly recommend!

Large Group Ski Trip

We had a large group of us staying at the house, 21 total including our 1-year old daughter. The location of the house is great for skiing Winter Park - the Miller's Inn shuttle stop on the Brown Line is just across the bridge. We utilized this daily and barely had to do any driving. The house itself is great for large groups - the kitchen has all the utensils and tools you would need to cook for a large gathering. The carpet is very plush and makes the living room and bedrooms feel cozy. Although it was mentioned in our check-in instructions, 3 pairs of the bedrooms split a thermostat and many in our party had a hard time getting a good temperature in the rooms. We had our daughter in a pack-n-play (provided by the host!) in the master bedroom, but even with the radiant heat flooring and our thermostat turned up, we had a hard time getting the bedroom temperature above 62 degrees for most of the week. I called the owner Alex and asked about this and the master bedroom fireplace not working, and he apologized about the gas fireplace and said to turn up the thermostat and it should heat the bedroom (we had limited success). I also mentioned to him about the doorknob to the backdoor missing a few screws and falling apart and he said he'd contact a maintenance guy to attempt to fix. We never saw a repair man come and didn't hear back further, so I wasn't sure of the status of that. Overall, the location of the house and its amenities made it worth the price to our group. We certainly enjoyed our time at the house and the hot tub on the patio was great to have. The only "issues" we had were with the temperatures of the rooms at night, and the dryness of the bedrooms (all of the rooms had humidifiers provided by the hosts, but even with those going full blast we all woke up each morning with extremely dry mouths), but this was likely just our bodies adjusting to the higher elevation. It would also have been nice to have a follow-up from Alex as well regarding the door knob maintenance request, but overall our group was happy with the house and would recommend to others.
