'Location was perfect. Overnight in route from Florida to the mountains in NC'

'Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.'

'I had my dog with me and the staff were very accommodating'

'Very convenient nice and clean hotel.'

'The property and the people who worked there were great with the exception of there was NO hot water. The property personnel were great and compensated us for the inconvenience.'

'The room was so comfortable and we loved the kitchen. The breakfast was good--nice crispy bacon!'

'We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!'

'While the hotel was mostly clean and well maintained, a few things did fall by the wayside... Almost none of the ice machines were working. The bar area, which opened up after 4pm was usually under staffed and not responsive... The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but not always. Overall though, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location for a fair price.'

'Overall - our stay was good. Front Desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast staff (one woman) was RUDE!!!'

'Breakfastbis possibly the worst I ever had. I stay about 70 night per year in hotel, so have some reference. Reason not to stay here anymore.'

'Property was noisy. Pizza box left in top of cabinet full of dust. Early check in was great and staff was great.'

'The room was clean.'
