'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and had some variety of food. I liked the fact that they had both soft and firm pillows. I LOVED the hot tub. The rooms were clean. We had a chair and foot rest in the room as well. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown so you don't have to drive and pay for parking. I did have some issues. I thought the beds were a bit hard for me. The bed in the room was a challenge for my mom to get into due to a hip and knee issues. I suggest...
