'The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! 'Was the worst place I have ever rented walked in looked around, things were broken like doors and not that clean, just not nice at all. Left and went to another hotel and stayed there. Had to give one star to be able to put up this review.'

'Property and surrounding was exactly what we wanted. Fishing, swimming(lake & heated pool), kayaking, and also a pontoon. When we needed a few more kitchen utensils the front office so helpful and came through for us! We would stay again.'

'My youngest was 2 when we were last there, My other kids(14 and 18) would tell him how much fun they had. We went to the Dells to give him his own memories. Perfect place because they had a little of everything for all 3 kids. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Very spacious for a family of 5. Honestly, you won't be able to cover it all in 1 trip. Can't wait until the next one!'

'Family of four with two kids ages 6 & 8 and it was a great amount of space for us! Property was very clean and it was easy to feel at home there. We were thrilled with all the pools and family activities offered at the grounds when we needed some downtime from the bustle of the amusement parks.'

'We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids...

'Enjoyed our stay immensely. Played golf on the two beautiful, challenging courses located on the property. Beverages at Mulligans after the rounds were refreshing'
