'Lovely place to stay, the hosts where very accomadating and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast each morning was great i'm a vegetarian and had plenty to choose from. Location was spot on easy access to Scarborough, filey, robin hoods bay and whitby among others. Very clean Thank you for a lovely stay.'

'Lovely staff, great location and hotel amenities. Unfortunately we struggled to sleep much at all due to the single pane glass and extremely loud gulls. Appreciate it’s a very old building located by the seafront. The boot rooms are very small (which we expected) and quite tired.'

'The hotel was perfect location for open air theatre 15 min stroll down the hill. Lovely decor in the hotel very clean and fresh looks like it’s had a recent refurbishment.
