'It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

'Great location with access to Mousam lake. No lake view but a wonderful dock and great property with covered patio, fire pit and all the amenities. Really well done interior with comfortable accommodations. Had a great time and definitely recommend!'

'We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better!'

'We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.'

'1st week of September with temperatures in the 80’s. Couldn’t ask for better weather. When we entered the home we saw a spectacular view of the pond from the kitchen and living room. Perfectly bordered by the trees on either side it’s picture perfect. We had a wonderful stay floating in the pond and we even met a couple of kayakers. This is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax.'
