Family Getaway With LARGE Parent Retreat!

Located in the heart of Shellharbour Village, this ultra convenient and extremely comfortable, four bedroom house is large enough for two families, and sure to become your favourite place to stay in Shellharbour Village.

Our house is large enough that two families can go away together, or take grandparents away to help mind the kids. There is enough space to relax and unwind - or even do a little bit of work.

There is lots of light, air conditioning/ heating, breezes from the ocean and designer furniture all placed with care to ensure your time at this house is thoroughly enjoyable.
UPSTAIRS:
There is three bedrooms, family bathroom and lounge room.

EXECUTIVE SUITE: spoil yourself in our extremely comfortable king size bed where you can stretch out and relax. You have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, extra large walk in wardrobe, and a Smart TV (Netflix, Stan, Disney + and Amazon Prime). If you need to catch up on some work, there is a desk with a printer and small table and chairs set. There is a brand new portable cot stored in the wardrobe. You can set this up and still have enough room to comfortably walk around it.

BEDROOM 2: two king single beds and a built in wardrobe. These beds can be pushed together to make a queen size bed. If you look out the window, there are views across the rooftops to Bass Point!

BEDROOM 3: here we have two single beds and a large built in wardrobe.

FAMILY BATHROOM: Luxurious big bathtub and a shower is yours to relax.

LOUNGEROOM: leather lounge, Smart TV (Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime and Disney +), DVD and games cupboard. You can also watch all free to air local channels, movies and special channels.

DOWNSTAIRS:
BEDROOM 4: a comfy queen bed and large built in wardrobe.

KITCHEN: A fully functioning kitchen with European designer stainless steel oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher allows you the option of cooking at home. Inside the cupboards you will find basic amenities such as pots and pans, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery. We also provide some basic pantry staples.

LAUNDRY: large washer and a dryer so you can always put on a load of washing.

LOUNGEROOM: The lounge room has been set up with a super comfy couch where you can put your feet up and watch the large Smart TV, which has APPLE TV, Stan, Disney +, Kayo and Netflix. You can watch all free to air local channels, movies and special channels.

COURTYARD: Off the lounge room, is a sunny veranda with a table that sits eight people overlooking the grassy coutryard where you can watch the kids running around, or enjoy the sea breezes.

WIFI: Unlimited wireless wifi is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Do some work, watch a movie or send an email to your friends and family telling them about your awesome time in Shellharbour.

PARKING: there is one parking space in the driveway for a normal size car. The garage is off limits to guests. Should you need to park more cars, or have a truck, trailer or camper van, this is not a problem, as there is ample parking next door in the Council Car park.

You will enjoy your time in this house just as much as its location.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, except the garage.

Other things to note
EXTRA GUESTS: our house comfortably sleeps eight adults in beds (plus one infant in the cot).

We do not allow people to sleep on our floor or lounges.

Any booking found to have more than eight people stay overnight will be deemed to have broken our House Rules.

Should this occur, we will:

* immediately cancel your booking,
* immediately evict guests,
* charge an additional fee for professional steam-cleaning of lounges, carpet and rugs,
* charge an additional cleaning fee for the additional linens used,
* charge additional fees for any damages caused.
