A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 13 days before check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your Visa or Mastercard, as fees may apply for declined transactions.
Guest must complete our check-in form (link provided in your confirmation message) prior to arrival.

Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. If you require the futon (in lounge room) made up with linen please advise upon booking as this will not be made unless requested (linen however will be available in wardrobe of master bedroom). Futon will remain set up as a couch unless requested to be made up with linen as a bed from check in.

Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

No pet beds or bowls are provided, guests are required to clean up after their pets.

All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
