A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 13 days before check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your Visa or Mastercard, as fees may apply for declined transactions.

Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience.



Futon will not be made up however linen provided.



Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



No pet beds or bowls are provided, guests are required to clean up after their pets.



All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
