- We will not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks and under 25yrs groups. People are under 25 are more than welcome in conjunction with their families.

Please Note: We must respect our neighbors and we do want people to have a great time, but noise outside the home is restricted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, If guests receive a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property without notice.

Other desirable local amenity include, the picturesque LinksGolf Course, Killalea State Park, Bass Point Reserve and the famous 'The Farm' beach, all just a short distance from your front door.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, including the double garage accessible via the rear lane. There is also plenty of street parking out the front.
Shell Cove has limited parking, and many other accommodation venues do not have the same amount of parking available.
