Staff was helpful if you had any questions. Towels and bottled water were left at our door few mornings. It’s about a 10 minute ride to the Metro and 25 minutes to Icheon Airport. '

'Great room. Not a hotel just an apartment in an apartment building. No front desk, just a kiosk. Impossible to reach out to the host and communication was only on Korean, not friendly to international travelers. Great room though!'
