'The hotel was nice. The room was spacious with a great view. Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bathroom light was broken with no one on the property to fix it. It was a girls trip where everyone needed to get ready. We were given some lights to stick on the bathroom mirror, however some of them were also broken, and they slid off the mirror in minutes. 'Great place to stay!'

'I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety. The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and common areas. The lobby was unbearably hot, and our group repeatedly had to ask...

'Hotel was easy to find and so quiet! The person checking me in was helpful in giving me directions to the closest HEB! (She told me she moved out of Texas for a few years and missed HEB so much.) Breakfast was well-stocked and yummy, with a nice variety of choices. Overall it was a good stay, and I would definitely book again. Only “complaint” was paying for parking. It was a minimal charge but the surface level lot was nothing special- no gate or security.'
