What was equally concerning was how the situation was handled afterward. I was told Kenyon (The Manager) would follow up, but despite calling the hotel numerous times and sending multiple emails, I received little to no communication. 'There was a black substance that came out from the vents every time they turned on. It was all over the place in our first room and we asked to switch but the guy at the desk said that it comes out all of the vents and the next room had it too. The hair dryer and iron were also missing in our room so we had to go get them. Seemed like a hotel on the decline. '
