'Dan & Dan have created such a wonderful and unique campsite. The location is perfect and a short drive away from the Grand Canyon and many food options. We felt safe and comfortable at the property. We used the above ground fire pit and the grill grate they provide to cook all our meals. The toilet and shower were an added bonus. We also enjoyed some of the complimentary games they have there. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone going to the Grand Canyon. I hope to return...

'The cabin was very clean when we checked in. Road to the cabin was bumpy but not too bad. The only con I had was I had 2 minor issues with doors on property and was told someone would be out to look at/ fix them and in the 3 days we were there never saw anyone to address these issues even though I was told someone would be out. All in all not bad and would probably stay again. '

'We had a wonderful fall break week at our Tiny Home near the Grand Canyon. It was excellent access to both the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. The staff onsite, was amazing, he was there when we arrived to make sure all the equipment and fire alarms were functional and if we had any issues with the kitchen or locks. The home was wonderful and we had an amazing family vacation!'

'The pictures on this listing must be from a model unit they keep in great condition, because our unit was fairly worn and not as pristine, and did not include the same furniture as the photos. But it was clean enough (light staining on sheets and walls, etc.), and for the price we were happy with it. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as, they didn't have fitted sheets on the bed (so they'd slide off), you can't turn the AC lower than 70, the shower heads were making high-pitched noises...

'We arrived a little early due to weather concerns, contacted management and they got us in promptly. We had an event in the area that required us to book for 9 days. The home was tidy and appeared to be well cared for. Kitchen items were somewhat limited, but enough to get by. We were supplied with 2 Keurig coffee pods, great for a 1 night stay, could have used a few more as we booked for 9 days. 'This rental is such a great idea. We needed a place to stay for 1 night stopping at Grand Canyon and the rental looked fun. The experience was one of the best we ever had... The Host Dan is very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed (he made a trip out to make sure the showers and restrooms were freshened up and say hi) It is a little hard to describe how to get to boat...So they gave VERY good directions.
