In close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping outlets, the Nautical Retreat serves as a tranquil base. This particular trip was for work. The Nautical Retreat was a terrific refuge after a long day at work. Highly recommend!'

'Our stay was perfect! the host was incredibly easy to work with. The house was exceptionally clean (and I'm someone who looks in corners under beds and in the creases of mattresses). The house was stocked with all the things I would expect to have at my own home. It was really a home away from home. Our family will gladly stay again when we are in town.'

Our stay was rather short notice but Jordan was quick with his responses and easy to work with. We parked at the bungalow and walked to downtown Carrollton where we had dinner at Shuckers and drinks at Local Ties. We ended our evening relaxing by the firepit out back. Super convenient and cozy little spot. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Traveled from Arkansas for a family wedding about an hour away from your house. We all commented that we wish we’d had more time just to enjoy the house. The ONLY thing I could say is that we needed an ironing board. Otherwise, it was very comfortable accommodation.'

'More modern and very clean, than Luxurious. It was a good thing that it was just my husband and I traveling only. Unexpectedly, the rental was for renting "only" 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house and with the owner still in the house. We weren't sure if this was going to work out, because we are use to having the house rental to ourselves. But since we were planning to be out of the house majority of the day and just need a place to sleep, we would give it a try. However, this living situation...

'This is a real gem. The kitchen is HUGE and well appointed so anyone planning a family/friend outing will have plenty of room to cook and lay out a great buffet. The outdoor areas are also a plus. From the screened in porch to the outside seating, we enjoyed the comfortable space. The two-tiered dock is also really great and our fishermen in the group spent a lot of time there. The only downfall of the place is that both bathrooms, although VERY nice and big, are en suites. So if you have people...
