'This is a nice hotel in downtown Oakland with plenty of food options surrounding the location. Pay attention to the room sizes. It was smaller than I expected.'
'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe.
Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'
