'The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead). 'Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. 'We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful.'
