'Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. 'Everything you need, bonus biscuits and half pint of milk on arrival very lovely. Slightly disappointed as had visions of morning tea at cast iron table (pictured) but unable to locate... bench out front nr bins, laundry, defib not same vibes but very lovely area, local pub great, nice walk down lanes, sadly chip shop was shut, store/post office beautiful with great selection of supplies. Local milk vending machine worth the walk. Took a trip to lundy, highly recommend. Other half not keen on...

'We had a lovely stay. Cottage was perfect for two. Very cosy with everything we needed and very quiet. Very thoughtful touches left ready for us including a basket of logs for the fire and a hamper of goodies for our dog. Perfect location for exploring the area. We walked miles! Recommend a visit to Tar steps, Valley of the rocks and Baggy point. Also stunning beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Would recommend this cottage to everyone.'

'We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful.'

'This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot...

'Excellent cottage, every thing you need is in the cottage, they left an excellent goody box for us. We would recommend this cottage. Excellent log burner, you should be aware that the stairs are what you expect in a small cottage.'
