'Accommodation was clean and tidy. Check in was not easy. Unable to contact host as number disconnected. Unable to access any messages on Vrbo so was unsure how to check in. Sent emails to host and had no reply. Host was not at accommodation to meet us. However room was unlocked and key left on the bench. No note or instructions were left.
