The desk staff seemed cold and off putting at check in. My room was off the lobby on the first floor and kids were paying soccer in the hallway. The best gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Would return just for the gym! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet set back from main road. Excellent accommodations for the night. Excellent location.

Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center
