'Absolutely lovely cabin, great if you want a romantic time away it was very nice to cook old school for a lot of things and very reconnecting with nature. We had a lovely barbecue and there was room for some outdoor games. Log fire inside is so cosy at night I also love the lights in the cabin especially by the kitchen table. It's not far from town centre and would definitely stay again. '

'Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. 'Our experience was perplexing from the start, with directions so inadequate that we had to ask the way. When we arrived I was attacked by geese at large in the grounds. Despite profuse apologies from the owner's wife, and the geese then confined to a wired pen, the owner said he wouldn't be lectured, walking away when I offered some advice on the facilities. 'Accommodation was ok, the weekend was a bit of a let down due to the weather. The property was comfortable and we made use of the Hot tub. A bit of maintenance is required on the sinks in the bathroom and toilet they are loose. We went to the Star public house that was recomended and we were not disappointed.
