'The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If...

'Although I have mobility issues with arthritis this property is more than managable as it caters to the disibility impaired with a lift & bathroom suited to these needs. The bed is divine. Full size fridge is great. But most of all the security is top notch with it requiring 3 codes to even knock on my door. I love it!'
