'Fantastic views over Newcastle and South Newcastle beaches. Check in/out was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was provided at no extra cost. The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside. '

'Air conditioner not working. Hair dryer not working. Power and light switches grimey. By the time I arrived and discovered these things it was late afternoon and too late to change or complain. This has always been a good value budget motel for years but this is not acceptable. I will just have to wear this one but never again '

'Het hotel is onderdeel van een bar met gokfacilliteiten . Inchecken geschied aan de bar. Kamer is groot en het bed en douche prima. Alleen ligt het geheel aan een drukke weg waardoor je al om 6 uur wakker bent. Weinig geluid isolatie. '

'Spacious room. Clean. Pool towels provided. Lot’s of activities around. What bothered me were the families with screaming kids, claiming their pool seats at 6:30 AM. Extremely pathetic of you are like that. Breakfast is way too expensive for what is offered. '
