'Room was clean and comfortable, amenities accessible and clean. My only issue is that I have mobility issues, and climbing several flights of stairs was very daunting. Perhaps some mention of this on the website might be helpful for similarly challenged people.'

'Check in/out was fast and easy, receptionists were always friendly. Nice short stroll to Long Jetty for a bbq and walk. Building is fairly new, room was clean and comfortable. Access to Diggers for meals, as the hotel itself doesn't have the facilities. We were placed on level 2, so we were woken up by people heading back to their room from Diggers (10 mins of conversation and laughter). I suggest they place families on other floors. '

'Enjoyed the spacious room and bath, loved the option of not having the room cleaned with bonus $10 voucher, appreciated the receptionist's excellent customer service and the concierge looking after my car. The afogato was excellent too. Would like to suggest a microwave in the room for leftovers but we discovered that cold dumplings were fine!'
