'The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. 'We had an enjoyable stay in the two bedroom lagoon room. It was spacious, with very comfortable beds and pillows, and the kitchen was well equipped, including a full size fridge. Having direct access to the pool was a great bonus. Secure parking was included, which made things even more convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The only drawback was there was no washer and dryer in the room, but there were laundry facilities on site.'
