'I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. '

'Booked last minute and it was perfect! Staff were nice and welcoming. Free breakfast was a plus! I love the gym it was the 24 hrs fitness(they dont open 24hrs though) walking distance to a lot of place. We walk to apple, dr. Martins , luclac vietnamese kitchen. It was raining so we have to uber bag not bad at all. Will stay here again.'

'Although the room was a little shabby and worn, it was sufficiently clean and quiet. The standout was the staff. I had booked 10 nights but only ended up needing to stay for 7, and the woman at the front desk went above and beyond to coordinate with Expedia to secure a refund for the unused portion, which was very much appreciated! The location is excellent: easy access to transit, dining, coffee....and yet a bit removed from the worst of the street disorder in other parts of downtown. The place...
