'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list.
Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out).
I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door.
Neighbourhood is sketchy.

'This has been our go-to place to stay for several years when in the Kanawha Valley. Our last weekend stay was quite comfortable. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, food was really good and there was a good selection of breakfast foods to choose from, and the price of the room was reasonable. Overall, very pleased with the stay there. '

'This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. I can not say enough good/nice things about this place! My check in was quick and the woman working was kind and nice to chat with. The pool was wonderful! Clean, the water was nice. They also have a hottub which felt great after a long day of driving! Lastly, this morning I needed some extra caffeine and used everything i had in tge room. It was past breakfast hours and the young lady who was working was cleaning up. I asked if there was anywhere...
