'We had a very pleasent stay at the hotel. When we arrived, they gave us an upgraded room with a beautifull balcony and view at the town and river. The room looked just renovated and had a beautifull design. Good and large bed, clean rooms. The restaurant was very good and personal very friendly.'

Unfortunately it was quite hot due to it being on the second floor and after a string of hotter than usual days, not helped by the fact that the heated towel rail (from the hot water system) couldn't be shut off. But a great old pub to stay in all the same. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant.'

'Lovely Hotel in a great location. The views are stunning, the hotel is located directly on the beach. Our signature room was amazing, very clean, large bathroom, water bottles replaced every day and every amenity necessary. Restaurant was fabulous, with a great , varied menu. Very friendly staff, and a well kept, clean beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel.'

'Due to a wedding in the property, which we were not warned about (apparently Hotel can't contact Expedia customers), we got very little sleep. Some of the wedding guests decided to have their own party/social event between 2:30 AM - 5:30 AM meaning we got virtually no sleep. Rang reception to inform them of the noise at 3.45am. 'We stayed 2 nights. Good sized room/bathroom, cozy and very clean. Breakfast served at the table, good choice. We didn’t use the restaurant but it was fully booked the first night and the menu had a good choice. Within walking distance of the center and the ferry’s. Plenty of things to see and do in the area. Parking was free but a block away and at night we didn’t feel comfortable about leaving the car unattended. Your space is not booked, so on busy days you may have to wait around until a...
