'The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!'

'Such a cozy cabin. The area is so peaceful, it was great to spend the morning sitting in the window watching the forest and nearby creek. The lighting makes everything feel warm and cozy too. The windows in the bedroom let in a lot of nice sunlight. The stairs are a little steep, but not too bad once you get the hang of them. '

'Do yourself a favor and stay at the cottage! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, peaceful setting. There was a welcome basket to greet us when we arrived and communication with the owners was excellent. We enjoyed the backyard and deck while watching the bunnies and fireflies. 'The Cottage and surrounding grounds were just as described in the listing. Great location, easy access to almost anywhere. Cottage is quaint & charming; has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Cottage was clean & pristine! Layout is perfect for smaller families or friends vacationing together. The saltwater pool, with pool toys/floats and towels, was absolutely perfect! It was too hot for the hot tub or sauna but they were inviting too. The host was readily available and accommodating....

'My mother and I always do a mother-daughter trip to the Amish Country every summer. And we tried VRBO for the first time and came across this place. We fell in love instantly. It feels like home, great little coffee bar, supplies ice and a pitcher of water. The place was immaculate. The hot tub was great, especially at night. "We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
