'This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. The hotel is attached to 3 subway lines, it’s close enough to airport with a short taxi ride, and not far from the popular places in hankou. '1Fの入り口は分かりやすいが、他の入り口はかなり分かりにくいがそれ以外は問題なく非常に良い。 洗濯機がすごく便利。 喫煙所は1Fの入り口出たところにある。 朝食は品数は少ないが毎日工夫されていた。 地下にはイオン（ここはクレジットカードが使える）、逆にそれ以外にクレジットカードが使える店には 滞在中出会えなかったので、Alipay使えるようにしないと何も出来ないので要注意です。'

'Very patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, it’s a very good experience.'

'Mooie ligging, uitstekende kamer. Een geweldig ontbijtbuffet en de mogelijkheid om in het hotel te lunchen of dineren. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk, ook al spreken ze niet allemaal Engels. Bij de receptie spreekt men wel Engels en is altijd bereid om te helpen waar nodig, zelfs als je er niet om vraagt. Als het regent gaan zij de taxi voor je halen en kun je voor de deur droog instappen. We gaan zeker terug!'
