'The spa has a very special atmosphere and is located in a beautiful setting. We did a full body massage which was amazing (add on cost). The rooms are a bit old but they add to the traditional feeling of the place. There is only one dinner option, hot pot, which tasted average. The room we stayed in was noisy due to a nearby machine running for the whole night, but the bed was huge and comfortable. Overall a very special experience and the spa is great.'

'We have spend 2 days at the Full Moon Spa. First night in a 4-p room and second night in 3-p room. The hotel interior has been designed with beautiful cypress wood, very nice atmosphere. The reception is located at the 5th floor and covers the dining and breakfast room. It has an outside veranda balcony overlooking the valley in almost all directions. Beautiful. 'We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! '
