'This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to spend the last two nights of a very busy camping/hiking trip. After spending some time hiking at Worlds End State Park we stayed here. I realaxed on the porch while my husband and sons went fishing. A nice little reprieve. Hit the three C's...cute, comfy, and clean. Host was great to work with as well. '

'We enjoyed the property so much. The house is beautiful and very clean. We loved the kitchen. It was fully stocked with everything (including spices). There is much room for relaxing. It was great to sit in front of the windows, enjoy the view of the lake and mountains, and read a book. We were in close proximity to Ricketts Glen and was able to enjoy a couple of hikes enjoying all the beautiful waterfalls. We had lots of laughs and fun and relaxation.'

'This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . '

'This was our second time staying at this home, and the first time bringing my young children (11 and 8). We absolutely love the property, the home is stunning and it sits on such a beautiful piece of land. The home was exceptionally clean and my son loved that there was a piano there where he could play his music. The new fire pit is absolutely amazing, we lit fires each night even though it got pretty cold outside. It’s the only home to rent if you want to stay in this part of Sullivan County....

'We spent Christmas at this wonderful home in rural Pennsylvania, and it was perfect for our family. With 8 adults, 6 kids, and a dog, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the common spaces were spacious enough for us to all gather together comfortably. The kitchen was very well appointed, making it easy to prepare holiday meals.The basement was a great space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves, giving the adults some quiet time.
