Compliments to the chef for a perfectly grilled steak- best we have ever eaten which says alot as we are in our fifties and eat lots of it! Compliments to all the other staff for such a warm, friendly welcome and excellent service. Total ethos and ambience of both the dining rooms and bedroom were inviting, comfortable and so relaxing plus spotlessly clean. '

'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Very nice room with comfortable bed. Stayed in executive room, but proper desk to work on his missing!!!. Could not find a way to turn heating off. Restaurant: We had dinner with four, Food mediocre, different wine served than the one ordered so overall not up to standard.'
