We were placed into a room on the top floor that was not ventilated at all and therefore was stifling to say the least. I had to ask for them to do something about the air conditioner that was not working. They did place us into a lower floor but it was frustrating to have to ask. We booked dinner at the restaurant through front desk only to have to stand and wait while the staff member tried to work out why we were not booked in and couldn’t provide us with a table. After about 10 minutes she did find us a table but it was unprofessional and unorganised of them to confirm they had booked it but then be told it wasn’t. We were then told we couldn’t have the room for the entire stay and that we would need to move last night so when we packed everything into the car to move rooms we were told last minute at the front desk that we didn’t need to move and that someone should have called us. No one called us or communicated! Either way we won’t be staying at this one again.

Overall, most things were very good. A good asset is your staff who were unfailingly helpful, friendly, courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed our room which was spacious, clean and modern. We opted for the 'eco' choice and passed on a refresh of towels during our two night stay. Best to have more towel-rails available if you're encouraging this option. And perhaps some new towels and one of the two was rather threadbare. We had two breakfasts and one dinner during our stay. The breakfasts were a 'treat' with every possible option on offer and the hot breakfast choices were varied daily - well done! We had one dinner in the dining room and this was a treat too. Danielle made us very welcome and was helpful with the menu and professionally attentive. We loved the broad range of menu options, quality and quantity of our meals and the presentation. Again, well done. On both evenings we opted for a stroll in the streets adjoining the property and this was peaceful and easy. We were a bit disappointed that we (not golfers) were not permitted access to the course pathways as we would have loved to explore more of your beautiful landscaping. Overall, a relaxing and very enjoyable stay! Thanks.

A short break
From the check in to check out.the bed was so comfortable we had a fantastic sleep, the room was so relaxing, comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place . The inside pool was beautiful to swim in , breakfast was not fantastic but good. Service was lovely in all areas.

It could do with some refurbishing inside the units and outside could use a paint. Room service menu is very limited and doesn’t cater enough for veg eaters.

Very nice 1 bedroom villa in beautiful surroundings of a golf course. Well equipped and furnished except the washing machine was unusual and the shower was over the bath. Lovely bar and dining facilities, pool and tennis courts but we did not use them during our two night stay. Easy access to shopping and cafes of Wyong

We did not like that the shower was over a bathtub. I had to assist my elderly family member in and out of the shower due to high tub walls. One of our bath towels was so thin it was see through. The rooms were advertised as joined but they were two separate rooms with a common hallway.

Property is looking like it needs a little love but the indoor pool is fantastic. I also booked what I thought was a room in the main part of the hotel with a king bed but was sent to one of the other townhouses with only a queen. I had to work as soon as I arrived so didn’t notice until late.

Good over night stay
We had an overnight stay here as we were going to a function on the central Coast. Had a one bedroom and I must say it was Spacious and clean. Bar shuts at nine pm though.

The area itself is quite picturesque and lovely. My room wasn’t very tidy upon arrival and I needed to get housecleaning to give things a quick clean after finding some pubic hair in the bath area. They were on to it quickly. I went for a snack and they were out of ingredients for a few meals and cocktails. I then waited for a while and the person who took my drink order went home for the evening and didn’t end up placing it though. This was fixed up along with my food once I followed it up after a big wait. Breakfast was nice and the staff at the counter were friendly.

We had a lovely one night stay at this property and were treated like royalty the whole way. Although the two bedroom units are a little dated all the furnishings were still in pretty good condition however a bit of a re-paint and re-carpet wouldn’t hurt. The food was lovely, room service was prompt and it was really nice to see a return to buffet breakfasts.
